(We), the undersigned unit owner(s) of Unit ________ at the Indian Brook
Condominium, located at _____________________, as evidenced by a copy of my
(our) Unit Deed attached hereto, do hereby constitute and appoint the Trustees
of the Indian Brook Condominium Trust, under Declaration of Trust dated June
15, 1987, and recorded with the Middlesex County Southern District Registry of
Deeds in Book 18586, Page 591, as my (our) lawful attorney in fact to, in my
(our) name and stead, should they so elect, seek the eviction of the tenant(s)
occupying said Unit for a breach by such tenant(s) of the terms, conditions
and/or provisions of the Master Deed of the Indian Brook Condominium, the
Declaration of Trust of the Indian Brook Condominium Trust and/or the Rules and
Regulations promulgated thereunder.
This appointment shall not be construed in any manner or form as to
preclude me (us) from so proceeding and/or impose any obligation upon said
Trustees to so proceed.
This
power of attorney may not be revoked by me (us) during the occupation of said
Unit by my (our) tenant(s) and shall terminate upon the cessation of such
occupation.
