The Landscape Committee is responsible for selecting locations for plantings and helps to shape the association rules about what may be planted and where. It has a budget for bulbs and other things that will dress up the grounds. It is responsible for picking flowers for plantings, having the contractor get those flowers into the ground and coordinating such plantings with the landscapers.
The committee has had a sit down met with our new landscaper, Rosado and Sons. They will walk through the property on 15 April and come up with a move forward strategy on landscaping that gets us the most bang for our dollar.
